What we can help with
- Questions about a topic we cover. If enough people ask the same thing, it usually becomes an article. We read every question, but we cannot answer each one individually.
- Corrections. See the Corrections Policy for what to include.
- Source suggestions. Standards, research or technical documentation that would improve an article.
- Permission requests for reuse of our text or diagrams.
What we cannot help with
- Project-specific advice. We are not an architectural practice and we do not review, assess or advise on individual buildings, drawings or specifications. See the Architectural Information Disclaimer.
- Quotes, costs or timelines for design or construction work.
- Product sourcing. We do not sell materials and we do not broker supply.
- Sponsored content, paid placements, link exchanges and guest posts. We do not accept them, and messages proposing them are not answered.
Response times
We aim to reply to corrections within five working days. General questions are read but may not receive an individual reply.
